Yes. Many companies use OutSmart for planning and work orders while keeping quoting and invoicing in Exact Online. The integration then mainly runs from Exact into OutSmart: sales orders, quotes and goods deliveries arrive as work orders, including their materials, so your engineer sees exactly what needs doing on site. The completed work order — with hours, materials, photos and signature — is sent back to Exact as a sales order, where you create and send the invoice yourself. You do not need the OutSmart quoting and invoicing modules in that setup.
