OutSmart integrates with 40+ systems, including Exact Online, AFAS, SnelStart, Moneybird, King, Yuki, Peppol, Teamleader, TOPdesk, Timewax, Unit4 Multivers and Microsoft Power BI. An Open API is also available for systems without a ready-made integration.
Individual integrations start from €5 per month per company, with no one-time installation fee. The exact monthly price depends on which integration you choose — some cost €10 or more — and is always shown before you order it under Power-ups in the Licence Manager.
Go to Settings in OutSmart, open the Licence Manager and select the integration you need under Power-ups. Follow the on-screen configuration steps to connect your accounting or CRM system. Most integrations are active within 10 minutes and require no technical knowledge or developer involvement.
Most OutSmart integrations sync in real time or near real time. Completed work orders, logged hours, materials and customer data update automatically in the connected accounting or CRM system, without requiring a manual export, import, or any retyping of information between the two systems.
Yes. Integrations are optional Power-ups, not a requirement. OutSmart works fully as a standalone field service platform for planning, digital work orders, hours and invoicing. An accounting or CRM connection can be added later at any time from the Licence Manager, without affecting existing data.
OutSmart's Open API lets a developer build a custom connection to accounting or CRM systems that don't have a ready-made integration. It exposes work order, hours, materials and customer data through documented endpoints, so a business can automate syncing even without an official OutSmart integration.
