Fair Use Policy (FUP) for Work Orders, Invoices, Quotes, API Calls, and Storage

This Fair Use Policy (FUP) is intended to ensure that all users make fair and responsible use of the services related to work orders, invoices, quotes, API calls, and data storage. The goal is to prevent disproportionate use from negatively impacting the performance and availability of the services for all users.

1. Scope

This FUP applies to all users of the services provided by OutSmart.

2. Work Orders, Invoices, and Quotes

2.1 Definitions

  • Work Orders: Documents used for tracking tasks and services provided to customers.
  • Invoices: Documents used for the financial settlement of services and products delivered.
  • Quotes: Documents used to offer a price and terms for services and products to potential customers.
  • API Calls: The number of calls to a third-party server and the number of calls to OutSmart’s servers.

2.2 Reasonable Use

  • A user may use up to 300 work orders per month.
  • A user may send up to 300 invoices per month.
  • A user may create up to 150 quotes per month.
  • A user may make up to 1,000 API calls per month.

If a user exceeds these limits, OutSmart may impose additional charges or implement additional control measures as described in section 4.

3. Data Storage

3.1 Storage Limits

Each user may use a total storage capacity of 1.5 GB. This includes all documents, images, and other data stored on our servers.

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

4.1 Monitoring

OutSmart reserves the right to monitor usage of the services to ensure compliance with this FUP.

4.2 Enforcement Measures

If a user exceeds the limits of reasonable use, OutSmart may:

  • Inform users of their excessive usage and request adjustments.
  • Charge extra fees for excessive usage.
  • Temporarily or permanently restrict access to certain services.
  • Block or terminate the service in case of repeated or serious misuse.

5. Changes

OutSmart reserves the right to modify this FUP at any time. Changes will be published on the OutSmart website, and users will be notified of significant changes.
