With the Sub-administrations Power-Up you easily manage multiple companies or branches from one OutSmart account. Each sub-administration has its own customer base, articles, work orders and accounting link. This way, you keep administrations completely separate while still retaining overview and control from one central location.

You can deploy the same employees across multiple administrations without creating duplicate accounts. The planboard automatically takes into account availability across all administrations, so you never schedule someone twice or overload them.

Switch between companies in the app

Employees also switch between administrations in the app. They see the right work orders, articles and customers per administration. This prevents confusion and makes it possible to work structured, even if you manage different companies or branches.

Additionally, the Power-Up offers flexibility in appearance: quotes, work orders and invoices can have their own layout per sub-administration. This keeps the identity of each entity while still having central control.

Practical example

An installation group with three limited companies used Sub-administrations to centralize management. Employees could be deployed at several companies, but thanks to separate administrations the accounting remained clear and compliant. They were also able to use a unique layout for quotes and invoices for each company, so customers always saw the correct brand identity.
