Yes. One SMS credit is consumed per message sent. Bundle sizes vary — smaller bundles for low-volume senders, larger bundles for companies sending hundreds of messages per week. Unused credits roll over until the bundle is exhausted.

Inbound SMS replies are not currently routed back into OutSmart. For two-way communication, the Customer Portal or email is recommended. The SMS channel is optimised for outbound notifications where a reply is not required.

Yes. OutSmart logs the delivery status of each SMS against the relevant work order. If a message fails to deliver — for example, due to an incorrect number — the event is flagged so the team can follow up by phone instead.
