With the Day Passes Power-Up, you can flexibly deploy employees without having to purchase a permanent license for everyone. This is ideal if you work with freelancers or if employees only occasionally use OutSmart. You buy a bundle of day passes which are charged whenever an employee is active in the system on a day.

Day passes work very simply: as soon as an employee is assigned a work order or records hours in OutSmart, a day pass is automatically deducted from the bundle. So you only pay for the days when someone actually uses the system, instead of for a full license that may hardly be used.
