Once installed, log in with your OutSmart account. Don’t have one yet? No worries – you can quickly create an account directly in the app or through the OutSmart Web-account.

While your office team handles scheduling, creates work orders, and generates reports from the web platform, the app keeps things running smoothly in the field. Schedule tasks with just a few clicks, and your field team will instantly have access to the right work orders.

Creating a work order
Tap the '+' icon in the upper-right corner of the screen to create a new work order. Fill in the required fields, such as job type, customer, and start and end dates. With these basic details, you can quickly set up a work order and get started right away.

Easily add new contacts
Working with a new customer who isn’t in your OutSmart account yet? No problem! You can add a new contact instantly. Go to the Contacts menu and tap the '+' icon in the upper-right corner. A few quick steps, and your new customer is ready to go – so you can keep moving forward without delays.

Stay organized
With the OutSmart app, you always have a clear view of your field service activities. Easily sort, view, and complete tasks by status, priority, date, or customer. This way, you’ll know exactly what’s left to do and what’s already finished. Now that’s working with clarity!

 

Opening a work order

To open a work order, simply tap the one you need from the list in the app. From there, you can quickly log worked hours, used materials, and add photos, keeping everything neatly documented in the work order.

Confirming and signing the work order
Once all the details are filled in, it’s time to confirm and sign the work order. Let the customer sign off, then tap Send to complete the process. You’ll have an official confirmation of the completed work in no time.

Collaborating with your team
The OutSmart app makes teamwork easy. Whether you’re in the office or out in the field, you can assign tasks, communicate, and track progress effortlessly. Everything updates in real-time, keeping everyone informed and working together efficiently.
