Work Orders for Timewax

With OutSmart’s digital work order app, many manual tasks become a thing of the past. Field service staff complete their digital work orders directly on their mobile device (phone or tablet). Just seconds later, the office team receives the work order instantly.

Once the work order is signed and completed, it is automatically sent to the customer as a clear PDF, including the signature and any attached photos. The work order status is then synchronised with your Timewax account.

How to Activate the Integration

Activating the integration is simple. Just follow these four steps:

  1. Click ‘Licence Manager’ in the left menu under Settings.

  2. Click the blue ‘Order’ button in the top right.

  3. Under Integrations, select the Timewax integration from the list.

  4. Configure the integration once via ‘External Integration’ in the left menu.
