Work order overview

Introduction

The work order overview is a listing of all orders in an OutSmart account. Various filters can be applied to manage the orders and get a good insight.

Filtering work orders

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Click on the work order icon in the side menu.
  3. This will open the work order overview.
  4. On the top right side is a search bar where specific work order information can be entered.
  5. For a more detailed search click on the 'Filters' option above the search bar.
  6. Additionally there are selectable categories at the top of the order overview: Work orders, Pending work orders, Completed work orders, Archived work orders, Ad-hoc work orders, Forms, and Requests.

Export work order lists

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Click on the work order icon in the side menu.
  3. This will open the work order overview.
  4. Set the correct filters to create a list.
  5. Next to the search bar is an 'Export' option. Click on the desired export format.
