Where to find the quotation communication log
Introduction
In OutSmart all emails that are send out are logged in the Notification log. There is no log per module but in the full log filters can be applied to search for specific categories.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account
- Click on the settings option on the bottom left of the side menu
- Search for the Email templates option and click on the option itself
- This will open the email templates overview
- Click on the Show notification log option in the top right corner
- This will open the complete communication overview
- Click on the Filter option in the top right corner
