Set colour for non-working hours

Instructions

  1. As an admin, go to your Employee via Settings - Groups - Employees
  2. Edit the employee and make sure that they have working days configured (and the days that the employee does not work are indicated).
  3. Go to the scheduler via the menu on the left and open the scheduler.
  4. Make sure the employees are in a schedule group.
  5. Then, at the top right, open the 'Scheduling board settings'.
  6. In the settings screen, select 'Colour per employee' and edit 'Colour outside working hours'.
  7. Save, reopen the scheduler, and it should show the configured off days for the employees in the selected colour.

Note: Enabling this functionality does not prevent you from scheduling a work order on the off-day.
