Scheduler Filters
Introduction
The scheduler offers a variety of filters to streamline planning and management. These filters allow you to target specific groups, employees, equipment groups, or individual equipment. Similarly, within the unassigned work orders, multiple filtering options are available to help you search and allocate tasks efficiently.
Filters for Unassigned Work Orders
The Unassigned Work Orders section provides a variety of filter options including: Search Field, Customer Information (address, city, zip code), Employees, Projects, Groups, Work Types, and Date Range and Filters (Execution date, Date created, Deadline).
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
- Navigate to 'Scheduler' in the menu on the left side.
- Select the desired filters.
