Project statuses and colors

Introduction

Add project statuses and colors. When monitoring different projects, you can add a project status to each project. For example: 'To-Do', 'In Progress', and 'Done', but this is entirely up to you. This way, you can directly see which project has which status. You can also assign colours to the statuses.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Settings > Project settings > Project Status and click 'Add'
  2. Assign a code, description, order number, and status type to the project status
  3. In this way, you can add all the project statuses you need
  4. Perhaps you want to assign different colours to the statuses. You can link the colour to the status type by clicking on 'Settings' and selecting 'Word Order Colours'
  5. Then, select 'Project Colours' and assign the desired text and background colors to the stage
