Project planning board

Introduction

It is possible to plan work orders based on a visual representation of the project. For this purpose, we have developed the project planning board. This view provides insight into ongoing projects and allows you to schedule employees for these projects.

How to activate the project planning board

  1. Click on the planning board and go to the 'three dots' in the top right corner of the screen
  2. Then select 'screen configuration' > choose 'scheduling board filter' and check the 'Switch work order/project' option
  3. Once you have done this, a switch will appear between the 'standard' planning board and the 'project' planning board
  4. Choose the 'projects' option to activate the project planning board
