It is possible to create project activities within a project. This can be seen as dividing the project into different parts, allowing you to monitor their progress.

Detailed Explanation

You can split a project into subprojects (project activities). By creating project activities, you can monitor the project, allowing you to see which components have already been completed and which are still planned. You can also attach budgets to these activities, giving you insight into the project.

How to add a project activity

  1. Go to the project and select 'activities', then click on 'add'
  2. It is only mandatory to add a code and name to the activity
  3. Optionally add: Status, Skills, Description, Start- and end date, and Budget hours, cost and revenue
