Price management
Introduction
Each item in your catalog has a price for which this item is sold to your customers. Some of your customers however, may be special, because you bill them differently. Perhaps some items are cheaper or maybe other items are more expensive for this customer. That is where price management comes in!
How to create a price agreement
- Go to Settings > (Item) Price Management and click Add
- Select either an item of an hour type
- Once selected you will see the default price automatically being filled in
- Select the customer or the project for which you want the price agreement to be applied
- You can either fill in the percentage of discount you want to apply or the fixed price
- Fill in per when this price agreement should be applied
- Optionally, fill in an end date if the price agreement is only for a certain time
- Click save
