Object Parts

Introduction

In OutSmart there are also object parts. You can link specific items to an object as an object part. This allows you to build a database of object parts for each object. This list is accessible to everyone working on the object, both in the back office and in the app.

How to add object parts

  1. Navigate to the objects section and select the specific object to which you want to add the parts
  2. Select 'object parts' and select 'add' to add a new part to the object
  3. Mandatory field: Part (Select the item you want to add to the object)
  4. Optional fields: Serial number, Description, Date of installation, Warranty (months), Warranty expiration date, and Total
  5. Select 'save' to add the new object part to the object
