Multi select mode

Introduction

Within your scheduler, it is possible to activate a multi select mode. The multi select mode can be useful if you want to change the stage of a selection of work orders at the same time or merge the selected work orders.

How to activate

  1. Go to the scheduler
  2. Click on the three dots in the right upper corner of your scheduler screen
  3. Select 'Active multi select mode'
  4. Boxes are now visible in each work order. Make a selection of work orders by checking the boxes.
  5. Click on 'Actions' at the bottom left of the scheduler screen to access a list of available actions for the selected work orders. This includes options such as removing all chosen work orders from the planning or archiving the selected work orders all at once.
