Marketplace - Start a Power-up Trial

Introduction

This article outlines the steps to initiate a trial for a specific power-up. Please follow the instructions carefully before proceeding.

Instructions

Login into your account with Administrator credentials:

  1. In the top right corner, click on the user profile icon to access the menu.
  2. Select the Marketplace option to open the OutSmart Marketplace.
  3. Use the search function to find your desired Power-up and click on View Details.
  4. Review the information about the Power-up and then click on Try out a free trial.
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions and agree to automatic renewal at the end of the 14-day trial period.
  6. Click on Start your trial.

Once account owners complete these steps, they will receive an email detailing the financial implications of the trial, should it be renewed. Customers have the option to cancel during the trial period without incurring any charges. Prior to the renewal, OutSmart will send a reminder. If no action is taken, OutSmart will issue an invoice once the trial period concludes.
