Common Questions

Q: What is a Power-Up?

A: A Power-Up is a premium feature that is not included by default in your current plan or tier. You have the opportunity to explore these features through trial testing, allowing you to experience their benefits without any commitment. These features are specifically designed to enhance the efficiency of your organization's workflow.

Q: Is there a limit on how many Power-Ups I can add?

A: No, there is no limit; however, in certain cases, it may be better to upgrade your tier. If you have doubts about the best strategy to achieve your goals - regarding the features and premium features your business needs - please contact our sales department for more information.

Q: I'm not a customer yet, still testing OutSmart. Can I still access the Marketplace?

A: No, you cannot access the Marketplace if you are not a customer. However, during a trial period, you are free to use any feature of OutSmart without limitations.

Q: How many days can I trial a power-up or premium feature?

A: All power-up trials allow users to access the features without any limitations for a period of 14 days.

Q: What happens after the 14-day trial period ends?

A: Once the 14-day trial period is reached, OutSmart will automatically convert your power-up trial into a subscription, based on your account's billing profile configuration (quarterly or yearly).

Q: How can I access the OutSmart Marketplace?

A: Click on the top-right icon (user profile) to open the menu. Then, select \"Marketplace\" and browse all products available in the OutSmart store.

Q: I'm currently browsing the OutSmart Marketplace; however, I'm unable to start a trial of a power-up. Why?

A: This indicates that you do not have the necessary permissions to initiate a trial. Only users designated as Admin (typically account owners) can start trials.

Q: What is the process if I start a Power-up Trial?

A: Once a trial is initiated, account owners will receive a confirmation email detailing the trial conditions. One day before the trial ends, account owners will be notified that a purchase will be initiated for renewal unless the trial is canceled. After the 14-day period ends, account owners will receive a purchase confirmation along with an invoice for the new module.

Q: I started a Power-up Trial, however, I want to cancel it within the trial period. What are my options?

A: In this case, you have two options. First, open the OutSmart Marketplace and review your active trials. Click on your power-up details to see the cancellation options. You can either cancel the trial immediately (which will remove the features from your account right away) or schedule the cancellation for the end of the trial period (this option allows you to continue using the feature until the trial ends, after which the module will be removed from your account).

Q: I accidentally forgot to cancel my power-up trial. What are my options now?

A: In this case, your power-up has already been invoiced. You can cancel the power-up, however, the invoice must still be paid. By canceling the power-up, it will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Q: Does the OutSmart Marketplace allow trials for products other than Power-Ups?

A: We are continuously adding new products and services. At the moment, the OutSmart Marketplace supports trials for power-ups (premium features), integrations, and specific forms (available in the Netherlands market).

Q: Can I trial a different tier (a different plan and pricing model)?

A: No, at the moment, we do not support trialing other tiers. However, you can trial specific features of other tiers.

Q: What types of actions can I perform in the OutSmart Marketplace?

A: Besides testing other features, you can manage all your premium features.

Q: Which Power-Ups am I eligible to trial?

A: Depending on your current tier, you are limited to compatible Power-Ups. You cannot trial premium features that require functionalities not available in your current tier. Additionally, some Power-Ups may depend on other Power-Ups to function.
