Marketplace - Cancel a Power-up Trial
Introduction
This article outlines the steps to cancel an ongoing trial. Please follow the instructions carefully before proceeding.
Instructions
Login into your account with Administrator credentials:
- In the top right corner, click on the user profile icon to access the menu.
- Select the Marketplace option to open the OutSmart Marketplace.
- Review your Active Trials (labeled as Trial).
- Identify the specific Power-up you wish to remove, then click on View.
- Click on Cancel Trial. This will prompt a message asking how you wish to handle the cancellation.
- Decide whether you want to continue using your trial without renewing it or if you prefer to cancel it immediately (which will remove any features enabled by the trial):
- To continue using the power-up without renewal, select Confirm and Cancel end of Trial.
- To stop immediately, click on Confirm and Cancel now.
Once account owners complete these steps, they will receive an email confirming the cancelation of your trial, according with option selected.
