Making the item note visible on an invoice

Introduction

Notes can be added to items on an invoice. It is possible to make these notes visible on the invoice.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account
  2. Click on the Invoices option in the side bar menu
  3. In the top right corner click on the button with an icon of cogwheels
  4. This will open up the invoice lay-outs and schemes overview
  5. Click on edit behind an invoice lay-out
  6. Scroll down until the section Columns is shown
  7. Here you find a tick box called Show note as line
  8. Activate this option and when creating a new invoice the notes from the items will also be shown on the invoice
