Making customers active or inactive
Introduction
In OutSmart it is possible to set a customer to inactive.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
- In the sidebar on the left hand side of the screen there will be an option called 'CRM'. Click on this option to open the Customer Relation Management overview.
- On the right hand side is a search option. Search here for a customer who needs to be set to inactive.
- Click on the customer and the customer card will open. In the left column is a slidebar which shows the standard 'Active' value. Click on this slidebar to set the customer to inactive. This option is saved automatically.
