How to use the Project Planning module
Introduction
The Project Planning module is represented as a new scheduling board but instead of creating orders on employees the orders can now be created for existing projects. This will create a visual overview of planned resources per project.
How to access the Project Planning module
- Log into an active OutSmart BackOffice account
- Click on the Scheduler option in the top left side of the menu
- This will open the regular Scheduler. In the top left corner there is an added option called Projects
- Click on this option to open the Projects scheduling board
- This scheduling board works the same as the regular scheduling board
- Different agendas can be selected in the top right corner
