How to use the Project Planning module

Introduction

The Project Planning module is represented as a new scheduling board but instead of creating orders on employees the orders can now be created for existing projects. This will create a visual overview of planned resources per project.

How to access the Project Planning module

  1. Log into an active OutSmart BackOffice account
  2. Click on the Scheduler option in the top left side of the menu
  3. This will open the regular Scheduler. In the top left corner there is an added option called Projects
  4. Click on this option to open the Projects scheduling board
  5. This scheduling board works the same as the regular scheduling board
  6. Different agendas can be selected in the top right corner
