How to search for a work order in the BackOffice

Introduction

There are several ways to search for a work order in OutSmart.

Via the Work Orders Overview

Log in to OutSmart and go to the Work Orders tab. In the search bar, you can search by both text and number. You can also use filters by clicking the 'Filters' button, which will open the filter panel.

Via the Planning Board

In the top-right corner of the planning board, you will find a magnifying glass icon. Clicking this icon opens the search menu within the planning board. Here, you can search by work order number.

Via the Global Search Bar

At the top center of the page, there is a global search bar. You can use this to search by work order number as well.
