How to restore archived work orders

Instructions

  1. In the backoffice, open the Archive by going to 'Work orders' in the left bar, then clicking the 'Archived workorders' tab
  2. Select the workorders you want to restore using the tick boxes and click the 'Restore from archives' button. Use the box in the top or bottom bar to select all orders in view instead of single orders.

Important: Using the 'Delete' button from the archive tab permanently deletes any selected work orders. OutSmart cannot restore these if this happens by accident, so be careful.
