How to reschedule a workorder
Introduction
Workorders need to be rescheduled for a couple of reasons. In the OutSmart software this can be done in three ways.
Reschedule via the Scheduler
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
- Click on the Scheduler option in the side menu.
- Left click and hold on the workorder that needs to be rescheduled.
- Drag the workorder to the day and time and let go of the mouse button.
Reschedule via Unassigned work orders
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
- Click on the Scheduler option in the side menu.
- Left click and hold on the workorder that needs to be rescheduled.
- As soon as you hold the workorder an option will show at the bottom 'Back to pending stage'. Drop the order in this field.
- The workorder will be added to the Unassigned work orders list to be scheduled at a later time.
Reschedule via the workorder
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
- Click on the Scheduler or Work order option in the side menu.
- Click on the workorder that needs to be rescheduled and click on Edit.
- Change the Starting and Ending date to the desired date and click on save in the top right corner.
