How to reschedule a workorder

Introduction

Workorders need to be rescheduled for a couple of reasons. In the OutSmart software this can be done in three ways.

Reschedule via the Scheduler

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Click on the Scheduler option in the side menu.
  3. Left click and hold on the workorder that needs to be rescheduled.
  4. Drag the workorder to the day and time and let go of the mouse button.

Reschedule via Unassigned work orders

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Click on the Scheduler option in the side menu.
  3. Left click and hold on the workorder that needs to be rescheduled.
  4. As soon as you hold the workorder an option will show at the bottom 'Back to pending stage'. Drop the order in this field.
  5. The workorder will be added to the Unassigned work orders list to be scheduled at a later time.

Reschedule via the workorder

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Click on the Scheduler or Work order option in the side menu.
  3. Click on the workorder that needs to be rescheduled and click on Edit.
  4. Change the Starting and Ending date to the desired date and click on save in the top right corner.
