How to register stock in your warehouse(s)?

Introduction

When you have created your warehouse(s), it is necessary to register your stock. This way you can see how much of an item you still have in stock and OutSmart can subtract items from you stock, when it is used in a work order.

How to register stock

  1. Go to Items > Warehouses and click on the warehouse that you want to fill with stock
  2. At the tab Items you will see the inventory of that warehouse
  3. Click add to register the stock of an item in this particular warehouse
  4. Select the item that you want to register the stock for
  5. The warehouse is already filled in
  6. Fill in Maximum amount, Order amount (minimum stock), and Preferred stock
  7. Fill in the Initial stock amount (how much of this item do you currently have in stock)
