How to register hours on a project

Introduction

Within the project module it is possible to register hours for a specific project. In order to do so a work order must be created that is linked to a specific project. When hours are added to the work order they are automatically added to the specified project. This article explains where to find these hours and how to process them.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to an active OutSmart account
  2. Navigate to the Project option in the side menu
  3. Open a project
  4. Here all project information is shown. Open the tab Hours
  5. Here all registered hours are shown with their status
  6. Change the status of the hours according to the process they are in
