How to register a transaction on an invoice
Introduction
OutSmart does not have an automatic transaction registering system in place (except for certain integrations with bookkeeping programs). But it is possible to manually register transactions.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account
- Select the Invoice option in the side bar menu
- Click on the invoice which needs a transaction registered
- Click on 'Register transaction' in the top right corner
- A new option column will be opened. Add an External transaction ID (optional)
- Add a reference (optional)
- Add a transaction type (mandatory)
- Add the transaction quantity
- Click on 'Add' and the transaction is registered
