How to order SMS credit

Introduction

In order to send SMS notifications to a customer a SMS credit is needed.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
2. Navigate to the license manager option through the person icon in the top right corner.
3. Click on the order button to start the order.
4. Scroll down to the column called Order SMS credits.
5. SMS credits can be purchased in different packages. Select the desired package through the drop down menu.
6. Complete the ordering process and the SMS credit will be immediately added to the account.
