How to order Implementation or Consultancy

Introduction

In order to utilize the OutSmart software to its fullest it can be useful to order an implementation or consultancy session with one of our skilled consultants.

Ordering an implementation

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Navigate to the license manager option through the person icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click on the order button to start the order.
  4. Scroll down to the column called Implementation.
  5. Here three implementation plans can be ordered. To see what these plans contain click on the More information button.
  6. When a selection have been made complete the order process. OutSmart will seek contact to plan the actual session.

Ordering a consultancy

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Navigate to the license manager option through the person icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click on the order button to start the order.
  4. Scroll down to the column called Consultancy.
  5. Two option are available. Regular consultancy per hour or an APK package. The APK package is a set amount of time where questions regarding a specific subject will be addressed.
  6. When a selection have been made complete the order process. OutSmart will seek contact to plan the actual session.
