How to create Customer portal email templates

Introduction

In order to send Customer portal related emails their respective templates must be created.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Navigate to the settings option in the bottom left side.
  3. Search for the option Email templates.
  4. There is a dedicated section for the Customer portal email templates.
  5. Create the desired templates. If a template is not created that particular email will not be send.
  6. After creating the templates do not forget to set them in the Customer portal settings. Go to Settings and search for Portal settings.
  7. In the Customer portal settings there is a section called Email settings. Here the templates can be set.
