How to create Customer portal email templates
Introduction
In order to send Customer portal related emails their respective templates must be created.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
- Navigate to the settings option in the bottom left side.
- Search for the option Email templates.
- There is a dedicated section for the Customer portal email templates.
- Create the desired templates. If a template is not created that particular email will not be send.
- After creating the templates do not forget to set them in the Customer portal settings. Go to Settings and search for Portal settings.
- In the Customer portal settings there is a section called Email settings. Here the templates can be set.
