How to create an invoice email template

Introduction

Within the OutSmart software it is possible to create custom email templates for your invoices. Having multiple invoice schemes and lay outs can have their own email templates.

How to create an invoice template

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account
  2. Click on the settings option on the bottom left of the side menu
  3. Search for the Email templates option and click on the option itself
  4. This will open email templates overview
  5. Scroll down to find the invoice email column
  6. Click on the 'Template notification when new invoice is created' line
  7. This will open the list of already created invoice templates
  8. Click on 'Choose template' to select a base template
  9. Click on 'Choose template' again
