How to create a quotation scheme
Introduction
Quotation schemes are needed to correctly process quotes in the OutSmart system. These schemes determine what emails need to be sent and when reminders should be triggered. They also determine the look of the quotation and other details.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account
- Click on the Quotes option in the side menu
- Click on the three cogwheels icon in the top right corner
- This will open the Quotation lay-out and schemes overview
- Click on add in the Schemes section
- Fill in the default settings: Name/Title, PDF layout, Work order as an attachment, Reasons for rejection usage, Prices in online quotation, Set as default, and Quote lay-out
