How to create a quotation layout
Introduction
The Quotation layouts determine how the quotation will look like when it is generated as a PDF. Effectively it is what the customer will see when they receive the quotation.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account
- Click on the Quotes option in the side menu
- Click on the three cogwheels icon in the top right corner
- This will open the Quotes layout and schemes overview
- Click on add in the Layout section
- Give the layout a name (advise to give it a name that will be recognizable)
- Determine if attachments need to be added to the PDF and if the work order PDF also needs to be added to the quotation PDF
