How to create a quotation email template

Introduction

Within the OutSmart software it is possible to create custom email templates for your quotations. Having multiple quotation schemes and lay outs can have their own email templates.

How to create an quotation template

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account
  2. Click on the settings option on the bottom left of the side menu
  3. Search for the Email templates option and click on the option itself
  4. This will open email templates overview
  5. Scroll down to find the quotes email column
  6. Click on the 'Template notification when new invoice is created' line
  7. Select the base template and click on 'Choose template'
