How to change the customer on a workorder
Instructions
Before continuing, make sure that the work order is not currently being edited within an OutSmart mobile app and has a status of 'Pending' or 'Registered'.
- Open the work order
- Press the 'Edit' button in the top right corner
- Go to the 'Customer / Delivery' tab
- Select a new customer for the 'Customer / Delivery' relation. If required you can also change the 'Customer Invoice' relation
- Save your changes by pressing 'Save' in the top right corner
- If required, change the work order status so that it can be pushed to an app (Pending) or returns to Complete or Processed.
