How to change the customer on a workorder

Instructions

Before continuing, make sure that the work order is not currently being edited within an OutSmart mobile app and has a status of 'Pending' or 'Registered'.

  1. Open the work order
  2. Press the 'Edit' button in the top right corner
  3. Go to the 'Customer / Delivery' tab
  4. Select a new customer for the 'Customer / Delivery' relation. If required you can also change the 'Customer Invoice' relation
  5. Save your changes by pressing 'Save' in the top right corner
  6. If required, change the work order status so that it can be pushed to an app (Pending) or returns to Complete or Processed.
