How to add multiple employees to a workorder

Introduction

Within the OutSmart software it is possible to add multiple employees to one workorder. This can be beneficial as the employees know which colleagues are going to be there and maybe ride with each other instead of individually.

Creating a shadow planned workorder

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Start creating a workorder.
  3. Open the tab Employee.
  4. Select the main employee who is going to be responsible for this order in the Employee drop down.
  5. Select the option 'Several employees, 1 device only' or 'Group members, 1 device only'.
  6. In the 'Select employees' drop down you can select all additional employees who need to be shadow planned.
  7. After all relevant information has been filled in click on Save in the top right corner.

Creating multiple orders for different employees

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Start creating a workorder.
  3. Open the tab Employee.
  4. Select an employee in the Employee drop down.
  5. Select the option 'Multiple devices (multiple work order)'.
  6. In the 'Select employees' drop down you can select all additional employees who will receive their own work orders.
  7. After all relevant information has been filled in click on Save in the top right corner.
