Displaying or Hiding an Employee on the Scheduler
Introduction
Employees can be added to the Scheduler in several ways. This document will detail how to display or hide an employee on the OutSmart Scheduler.
Adding Employees to the Scheduler
One method is by going to the Scheduler and clicking on the plus icon. The other is going to Settings → Groups → Groups & members.
Making Employees Visible or Hidden
Employees can be made visible or hidden by clicking the eye icon. Only active employees can be shown on the Scheduler.
Adjusting the Order of Employees on the Scheduler
The order of employees on the Scheduler can be adjusted in several ways. In the overview, you can rearrange the names of employees by clicking and dragging them to the desired position. Another option is to set the order by assigning a sequence number to the employees.
