A dashboard offers an insight in the data in your OutSmart account. The dashboards are fully customizable, this way you can get a total overview of all your company data.

A general dashboard is already available, but you can create multiple additional dashboards. The new created dashboards are fully customizable and provide you with an overview of the most important data and activities in OutSmart. The purpose of the dashboards is to quickly give insights into the performance, progress, and key metrics relevant to managing field service activities.

How to create a new dashboard

  1. Go to Dashboard
  2. Click on the + button on the left top to create a new dashboard
  3. Give your dashboard a name. You can select a template if one is present.
  4. To add a widget to the new dashboard, click on the + button on the right bottom.
  5. Choose a widget from the list. Start by selecting a topic, such as quotes, and then choose an available widget.
  6. Add as many widgets as you like to your dashboards. You can easily rearrange the widgets by dragging them to a new location.
