The OutSmart workorder is a versatile feature which ensures that all related work information can be registered correctly.

Detailed Explanation

Creating work orders is a good way to get insight in where employees need to go and what is expected from them at the site. Created work orders will be shown in the Scheduler so that the Planners have a good overview of the current work load and can plan accordingly. Employees in the field can access the workorder through the OutSmart app which is available for free on iOS and Android.

How to create a workorder via the BackOffice workorder overview

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Click on the work order icon in the side menu.
  3. This will open the work order overview. Click on the 'Create work order' button in the top right corner.
  4. A blank workorder is now opened.

How to create a workorder via the Scheduler

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Click on the Scheduler icon in the side menu.
  3. This will open the scheduler overview. By clicking in the scheduler a dialogue box will open.
  4. Click on the option called 'Create work order'.
  5. A blank work order is now opened.
