This article explains how to create a new quotation.
Detailed Explanation
Creating quotations can be done in two ways: Create a stand alone quotation through the Quotes option located in the side bar menu, or A work order can be quoted.
Creating a stand alone quotation
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account
- Select the Quotes option in the side bar menu
- Click on the Create quote option in the top right corner
- Add all desired data to the quotation and click on save
- When the quotation is ready it needs to be send
- You can send it directly to the related customer by selecting the e-mail option
- Sending a quotation will finalize it
