This article explains how to create a new quotation.

Detailed Explanation

Creating quotations can be done in two ways: Create a stand alone quotation through the Quotes option located in the side bar menu, or A work order can be quoted.

Creating a stand alone quotation

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account
  2. Select the Quotes option in the side bar menu
  3. Click on the Create quote option in the top right corner
  4. Add all desired data to the quotation and click on save
  5. When the quotation is ready it needs to be send
  6. You can send it directly to the related customer by selecting the e-mail option
  7. Sending a quotation will finalize it
