Contract terms

Introduction

Each contract needs to have a specific set of Terms selected. You can set these Terms via Settings > Contract terms.

How to add Contract terms

  1. You can add multiple Contract terms one by one
  2. Click Add and fill in all the variables: Code (unique), Name, Description, Extension, Contract period, Period, Notice period before cancelation, Renewal period, Notice period after renewal to terminate contract, and Invoice period
