Company Email Work Orders

Introduction

Within the company data it can be indicated to which company email address a copy of the executed work orders should be send.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
  2. Click on the icon that looks like a person in the top right corner.
  3. Click on the Company details option.
  4. This will open an overview of all the company info. Add or edit the email address in the field Email work order to.
  5. Multiple address can be added. Separate them with a ; and no spaces.
  6. If a copy of the work order does not need to be send to the company leave this field empty.
