Company Email Work Orders
Introduction
Within the company data it can be indicated to which company email address a copy of the executed work orders should be send.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
- Click on the icon that looks like a person in the top right corner.
- Click on the Company details option.
- This will open an overview of all the company info. Add or edit the email address in the field Email work order to.
- Multiple address can be added. Separate them with a ; and no spaces.
- If a copy of the work order does not need to be send to the company leave this field empty.
