Can I add a translation to an item?

Introduction

If your customer base exist of customers from different countries, it might be a good idea to create translations for your items. This way the customer will see the used item on the PDF in their own language.

How do you add a translation to an item?

  1. Edit an item
  2. Click on the translation-icon next to the description
  3. You will see the following screen where you can fill in the original description in the language that your account is set
  4. Click 'Add' to add a translation
  5. Select the language of the translation
  6. Fill in the translation

Now that you have added the translation, this translation will be shown on all PDF-files, IF that file belongs to a customer with that language.
