Adding object(s) to the work order

Introduction

After creating an object, you may need to link it to the work order. By doing this, you specify which object is associated with the work order, allowing the field service technician to see which object(s) they need to work on.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Select 'create work order'
  2. Go to the section 'objects' and select 'select an option'
  3. When you have already selected the customer, only that customer's objects will be displayed
  4. You can filter or search through this list to find the correct object
  5. You can also select multiple objects
  6. Once you have added the correct object(s), select 'Save'
  7. The objects are now linked to the work order
