Adding an object to a form

Introduction

In OutSmart, it is possible to create digital checklists (forms), such a maintenance form. These forms can be designed in OutSmart and completed digitally through the app. Now, you can link an object to a form. This is useful when a technician needs to work on multiple objects and fill out a form for each one.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open the OutSmart app of the technician
  2. Select the work order and go to 'forms'
  3. Select the form and click on 'object code'
  4. You see all the objects of the customer or linked to the work order
  5. Now you can select the object that needs to be linked to the form
