Add colour to employee
Introduction
By applying a colour to an employee, you can quickly distinguish individuals in the scheduler overview.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Go to Settings
- Go to 'Work order settings'
- Select 'Scheduler'
- Select 'Colour per employee'.
- Select how you want the colour to show in the Scheduler view.
- Define which colour you want to show when outside working hours by pressing on the colour box.
- Define which colour is applied to each employee.
- Press 'Save' in the top right corner
- Open the Scheduler to see the selected colours applied to your employees.
