Add colour to employee

Introduction

By applying a colour to an employee, you can quickly distinguish individuals in the scheduler overview.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to 'Work order settings'
  3. Select 'Scheduler'
  4. Select 'Colour per employee'.
  5. Select how you want the colour to show in the Scheduler view.
  6. Define which colour you want to show when outside working hours by pressing on the colour box.
  7. Define which colour is applied to each employee.
  8. Press 'Save' in the top right corner
  9. Open the Scheduler to see the selected colours applied to your employees.
