Add a note to the Scheduler
Introduction
In the Scheduler there is an option to add notes for employees. These can be used to show information that does not necessarily needs to be a work order. Examples are days off or doctor appointment.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log into the OutSmart BackOffice account.
- Click on the Scheduler option on the side bar.
- This opens the scheduler. Click in the scheduler on a day and employee where a note needs to be added.
- A prompt will be opened. Click on the 'Notes (Leave & absence)' button.
- Another menu will open. The employee is pre-selected but it can be changed or another employee can be added.
- Fill in the desired date and time or click on the option 'Entire workday'.
- Choose a colour to be shown on the scheduler.
- In the remark field you can add the text that will be shown in the scheduler.
- If you have an hour type for absence you can add it in the 'Hour type' field.
- Click on the Save button to add the note to the scheduler.
